Jr. High & High School Announcements-

 

The Rotary Youth Leadership Award camp, a youth leadership training program, will be held in August at CSI. Any sophomore, junior, or senior who would like to apply, please see Mrs. Webberley. Two applicants will be chosen to attend and their tuition will be paid by the Caldwell Rotary Club.

 

COSSA is offering a summer camp June 15 – 19, this is a great opportunity to experience each of their professional-technical programs – building trades, auto/diesel mechanics, welding, health occupations, and engineering.  Camp is free and bus transportation is provided from the high school.  Friday is a fun day with a BBQ or pizza.  See Miss Webberley for a registration form.

 

Any Junior who is interested in running for an office, please see Mrs. Peterson for the descriptions and application…

 

Any student grade 9 – 11 who are interested in running for student body officer, please see Miss Hatfield for the descriptions and application…

 

If you have been given a summer school registration packet to enroll in Centerpoint, and you would like to attend please get the paperwork to Miss Webberley ASAP

 

Don’t forget to order a yearbook if you want one!!!

 

There are still a few drivers training spots left – info. is at the office!

For patron information:

Given the financial budget issues facing Notus School District, the Board trustees have recommended the following fees for 2010 and beyond.

1) Notus School District intends on raising the activity fee for students $3.00 for the upcoming school year.

2) Notus School District intends on requesting a $25.00 per sport fee for any student participating in extracurricular activities in the Jr. and Sr. High School.

 

The School Board trustees invite patron participation on May 13th during the public hearing for notice of fee increase @ 6:00 p.m.
